To verify ownership, please provide your MXD license number, your Note Weaver license number, or other proof of purchase. Requests that cannot be verified may not be processed.

After we verify ownership, we will delete or anonymize eligible Fiction Loom account records, Note Weaver/MXD license associations, device activations, support records, and related app service records. We may retain transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, security, audit, and legal compliance records where required, for the period required by law or operational security needs.
