- the license is perpetual for the version purchased
- the license is non-exclusive
- the license is non-transferable unless we approve a transfer in writing
- use is limited by the activation or machine terms associated with the product
4. Orders And Payment
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
By placing an order, you agree that:
- Paddle may process payment, tax, billing, and related order information on our behalf
- your order may be subject to applicable taxes, exchange rates, and payment processing requirements
- you are responsible for providing accurate purchase and contact information
5. Delivery And Fulfilment
Software licenses, license keys, downloads, updates, or activation details may be delivered electronically after successful payment.
We may use third-party systems to provision licenses and software access.
If delivery is delayed due to a technical issue, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it.
